These terms govern the website development, hosting, and care services provided by Vynirion Forge. By submitting a quote request or entering into a project agreement with us, you agree to these terms. If you have questions, contact us at contact@vynirionai.com.
Vynirion Forge provides website design, development, hosting, and ongoing care for local businesses and contractors. The specific scope, deliverables, package, add-ons, and pricing for each project are confirmed before development begins. Requests that fall outside the agreed scope may be quoted as add-ons or a separate project.
All pricing is stated upfront. A deposit reserves your project, and development begins after the deposit is paid. We do not build a complete site on trust before payment. Standard structures:
Recurring and milestone payments are processed securely through Square. Client-specific files and unfinished work are not handed off until the applicable balance has been paid.
If a project is cancelled:
Estimated timelines depend on the timely receipt of required materials (content, photos, feedback). Delays caused by late client responses or nonpayment extend prior delivery estimates.
Project invoices: a short grace period applies. Active development may pause after roughly one week overdue, the project may lose its place in the production schedule after about fifteen days, and at approximately thirty days overdue Forge may treat the project as materially delinquent and cancel it under the cancellation policy above.
Recurring services (Hosting, Care, Care Pro): because cards can fail, we use a softer sequence — reminders in the first several days, an overdue notice around a week, suspension of care and revision work around two weeks, and consideration of hosting suspension only around thirty days after a final notice. Suspension does not erase amounts owed, and reactivation may require the overdue balance to be paid in full. Forge does not currently charge routine late fees.
If a client stops responding or fails to provide required materials, the project may be placed on hold after 45 days of inactivity. Resuming work is subject to current scheduling availability. After approximately 90 days of inactivity, a new scope review or updated quote may be required before work resumes.
Each website package includes a defined number of revision rounds during the build (Launch: 1, Growth: 2, Premium: 3). Forge Care includes 2 content revision requests per month and Forge Care Pro includes 4 per month. Unused monthly requests do not roll over unless Forge explicitly states otherwise. Additional or rushed revisions may be quoted as add-ons.
You are responsible for providing accurate business information, supplying any photos, logos, or content you want included, reviewing previews and submitting feedback within a reasonable timeframe, and ensuring you have the rights to any materials you provide.
Upon full payment, you own the completed website and the client-specific files and content created for your project. Vynirion Forge retains ownership of its reusable templates, components, internal code libraries, automation systems, tools, frameworks, and production methods, which are not transferred as part of any project. Forge may display your completed site as part of its portfolio unless you request otherwise in writing.
Hosting is included inside both Care plans; Care customers are never charged a separate hosting fee. Care plans are month-to-month. Clients may leave Forge hosting at any time and receive an appropriate handoff of their site once outstanding balances are paid. Leaving hosting does not eliminate the obligation to pay for a commissioned website project once work has begun.
Vynirion Forge is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use or inability to use the website we deliver, including but not limited to lost revenue, lost customers, or downtime caused by third-party services.
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Missouri. Any final agreement may include additional or superseding terms specific to your project.
We may update these terms from time to time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated date. Continued use of our services following any update constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
